The Nodes were events co-created by Classroom Alive students and local partners in six cities along the route. They gave the students the opportunity to learn from and with these local partners. Every Node focused on a different topic, which was brought forward in conversation between the students and partners beforehand. The events varyied in length and structure, ranging from an evening to a weekend, and were comprised of lectures, conversations, workshops, and/or cultural events. Through the events at the Nodes, the Classroom Alive students were able to connect with some of the places and people they met along the route, and dive deep into a shared topic.
